Our client based in Woking is seeking an experienced EA/PA to join their team for a period of 3 months. This role requires recent experience supporting at director level.
Duties:
1. Proactively manage diary and calendar scheduling for the Director, ensuring efficient time management.
2. Arrange all travel and logistical needs, including meeting preparation, expenses, and other operational tasks.
3. Ensure the Director is fully prepared for meetings by providing all relevant documentation.
4. Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, including emails, drafting responses where appropriate.
5. Provide diary and travel support to the wider leadership team when required.
6. Organise and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation.
7. Support budget management, including processing purchase orders, obtaining approvals, checking invoices, and receipting.
8. Experience using procurement systems would be an advantage.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Director-level executives or above.
2. Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.
3. Previous experience working in a global corporate environment.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Confident prioritising workload.
6. Immediate availability to start a new role.
