Your role as Assistant Manager:
10. Supporting the General Manager with theday-to-day running of the site in accordance with established companystandards, policies and procedures
11. Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuinepassion for hospitality
12. Ongoing training and development of the team
13. Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customerexpectations
14. Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence infood, hotel, service and drink quality
15. Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety,and licensing
16. Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reportsincluding waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
