Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

* Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to create individualised learning plans for students
* Promote positive behaviour, social, and emotional growth as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
* Monitor and report on students' progress to teachers and parents
* Help manage students' emotional needs using psychology-based approaches
* Work in the 'pathway space', providing a tailored environment for students as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
* Previous experience in an educational setting or with SEN students is desirable but not essential
* A genuine passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs
* Strong understanding of psychological principles and how they can be applied in education
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Proactive attitude and desire to support students' development
* Interest in pursuing a career in SEN education, psychology, or educational psychology
