Through amazing & continued brand growth, we’ve been opening more of our beautiful little Mamas & Papas concession stores. We’re therefore looking to recruit a CONCESSION DEPUTY STORE MANAGER for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Sheffield within Next on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a DEPUTY MANAGER for this Mamas & Papas concession store, you will work as a team with the Concession Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, enhancing store experience and achieving store KPIs. Additionally, you will manage a team of amazing Mamas & Papas Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store, supporting in motivating, inspiring, and developing this incredible team, always willing to lead by example.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Deputy, or Assistant Manager to work in an environment that truly puts the customer first.
