We are looking for a compliance assistant to join our expanding Central Department, working closely with our COO and Compliance Officer to drive Apprenticeship compliance throughout the organisation. Key duties of the role will include Be the a key contact for all information relating to funding, funding calculations, and funding eligibility, whilst proactively keeping up to date with funding rules, correspondence, and requirements. Provide expert advice, support and training to Crosby delivery teams to ensure all aspects of the learner journey (e.g. enrolment, progress reviews, gateway), funding and record keeping are compliant. Carry out robust, systematic, and in-depth internal audits to ensuring all audit information is available as required and to ensure compliance with funding rules. Analyse and prepare accurate data, compliance and audit reports for senior management and the board, and other bodies as required. Completion of weekly/monthly departmental and individual colleague reporting. Completing audit based on associated PDSAT and FRM outcomes Chasing signatures on documentation i.e. unsigned enrolments/reviews/restart paperwork.
