Job Opportunity: Graphic Designer
This is a brilliant opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join an inspiring business and lead its creative division. The business is renowned in the learning and development industry, and due to its ability to innovate, create, and develop, it is now on the hunt for more creative talent for its team.
The role will sit in a small but perfectly formed creative division working closely with project managers and trainers to scope and create bespoke graphic designs.
To be considered for this unique position, you will need a strong base of graphic design experience with a minimum of 3+ years in the field. The ideal candidate will have experience developing impactful visual content across presentation, print, digital, and branding platforms. You excel at transforming ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and connect with target audiences.
The team is collaborative and solutions-driven, sharing ideas, best practices, and a passion for what they do. The role suits someone who is innovative, imaginative, and embraces new technology.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Designing workbooks, promotional material, and social graphics.
2. Designing pitch presentations in PowerPoint.
3. Creating training workshop materials from scratch.
4. Designing internal communication documents.
5. Website design and content management.
6. Working with Article360, e-learning LMS platforms, and VEED.
To be considered, you will need to evidence your experience in the above with a portfolio full of similar project-based work. Ideally, have exposure to the learning and training industry and some experience in e-learning tech. PowerPoint presentation expertise is a must, along with strong experience in the full Adobe Creative Suite.
