Define IP/VOIP, design/test plans and execute.
Deliver full solution documentation and carry out handover into the relevant support areas.
Develop a deep technical and environmental understanding of the customer and their solution.
Maintain solution design documentation throughout a customer's lifecycle.
Promote standardisation of change types within the customer solutions and lead on the development of supporting blueprints.
