Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (D.O.E. + commission/bonus)
Location: Brierley Hill, DY5
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 with a 15:00 finish on Fridays.

About You
We’re looking for an organised, ambitious and driven individual with a real passion for sales and business development. Ideally, you’ll have some previous experience working in a B2B or B2C sales environment, however this is not essential as all training will be provided. What truly matters to us is your energy, determination, attention to detail and your ability to build strong relationships with clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are motivated by hitting targets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Management: Support your Account Manager by contacting a mixture of warm, hot and cold leads in order to identify business opportunities. Maintain regular contact to assist in converting opportunities into sales.
* New Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new client relationships so that we can continue to expand our customer base.
* Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
* Sales Planning: Create and implement effective strategies and processes to help you consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
* Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Administration: Complete all administration work accurately and efficiently.

* Ideally, previous experience in a B2B or B2C environment.

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (including Outlook) as well as any associated CRM software.
