Duties & Responsibilities
1. Plan, direct, or coordinate the local operations of the Inspection and Integrity Management Services as related to equipment and personnel required to support the overall area operations.
2. Ensure the planning, mobilization and demobilization activities are efficiently and effectively directed and supported.
3. Oversee location equipment readiness and availability.
4. Accountable for all personnel assignments in support of operations.
5. Accountable for all technician personnel training, regulatory compliance, and competency.
6. Collaborate with other Sr Ops Manager, Local Ops Manager, Local Project Managers, Equipment Manager and Recruitment teams with crew evaluations, crew assignment and improvement opportunities.
7. Collaborate with functional groups within HR.
8. Establish, maintain and report KPIs as defined by Sr Operations Manager.
9. Assist Technical Support Lead, Product Manager and Commercial Manager in equipment selection, asset readiness profiles, cost for preparation estimates and other inputs required in the support of area projects.
10. Manage, mentor and coach direct reports.
11. Actively communicate with functions to maintain and improve service level agreements.
12. Set local communication plans on initiatives and status through the organization.
13. Accountable for implementing initiatives regarding HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence.
14. Implement improvements/standardization targets from Sr Operations Manager and improve local processes for efficiency gains.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
2. 8 - 10 years Energy industry experience in Operations Management
3. Business Acumen
