Job Title: Client Service Associate
Position Description: The Client Service Associate (CSA) is integral to the success of our financial advisory team, providing essential support through both operational and client service functions. This individual ensures the efficient operation of our practice while maintaining the highest standards in all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:
o Client onboarding: Assist with client onboarding, including the request of necessary documentation and information, linking of accounts, and assistance with client portal.
o Client Information Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
o Client Requests: Address client needs and field client questions promptly and professionally.
o Meeting Coordination and Preparation: Schedule and coordinate various client meetings, including strategy sessions, introductory calls, and fact-finding meetings.
o Meeting Documentation and Implementation: Create and manage tasks and opportunities within CRM to ensure timely implementation of client strategies.
o Ongoing Client Service: Update client records as life events occur (address change, divorce/marriage, new child, etc.) and take applicable action according to Segmented Service Model.
* Support the Creation of Financial Plans:
o Assist in the creation and updating of comprehensive financial plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Prepare necessary documentation and reports for meetings.
o Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses to support client meetings and strategy development.
* Support Client Investment Strategies:
o Facilitate the execution of investment tasks, including money movement (contributions, transfers, distributions), new account openings, and portfolio modifications.
* As needed, assist with various insurance tasks, including illustrations, processing applications, and following up with underwriting.
* Special Projects:
o Provide additional support for any urgent client needs or special projects as directed by the advisory team.
Qualifications:
* Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained prior to beginning work.
* Series 7 and 63 preferred, but must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
* Previous experience in a financial advisory or client service role is preferred.
