Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily reservations operations to ensure accuracy in bookings, rates, and package details. Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of guest service by handling enquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Revenue Maximisation: Drive revenue growth by implementing up-selling techniques and proactive enquiry handling. Financial Oversight: Monitor financial transactions, including guest accounts and daily takings, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to optimise guest experiences and maintain accurate guest history files. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and data protection standards. IT Systems Management: Monitor and manage IT systems related to reservations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. What We're Looking For: 2 years' experience in a Hotel Reservations role. Previous experience as an Assistant Reservations Manager or Reservations Manager. Strong understanding of forecasting and financial management. Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems, preferably Opera. Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Proven leadership abilities with a motivational and inspirational approach. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
