We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ASW Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience (PQE) in adults' social work to join our team. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of adults in various social contexts to determine their support needs.
Develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans based on individual assessments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive service packages.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources and services.
Monitor and review client progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
Provide emotional support, counseling, and crisis intervention as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Requirements
A recognized qualification in social work and current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
Minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in adult social work.
Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in adult safeguarding.
Strong assessment and analytical skills with a client-centered approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on social work practices.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £25.08
