2 or 3 day Nanny Housekeeper Role in Winchester, SO23
This family is looking for a fixed-term Nanny Housekeeper for their four children aged 1, 4, 6, and 9 years. The role can be for either 2 or 3 days a week, and the nanny can choose which days to work (between Monday and Friday). Ideally, the hours would be 8 am to 5 pm; however, there is flexibility for the right candidate. This is a live-out, shared care position with mum, someone to be an extra pair of hands during this difficult time.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Family laundry
2. Food shopping
3. Preparing and cooking healthy meals
4. General tidying
5. Ad hoc errands
6. Assisting with the baby
7. Ensuring all the children are happy and safe
8. Some assistance with school/nursery pickups and drop-offs (both are walkable from the family home)
The family enjoys a wide range of activities such as being outdoors, crafts, and trips to the park. A friendly, fun Nanny Housekeeper would be a great match. Candidates should have experience caring for multiple children and running a home, be proactive, organized, and use their initiative to see what needs doing.
Role Details:

* Minimum Experience Level: Minimum of two years in a similar role
* Training Required: Paediatric first aid
* Qualifications Needed: No formal childcare qualification required, but experience with similar ages is necessary
* Hours of Work: Ideally 8 am to 5 pm, flexible for the right candidate
* Days Required: 2 or 3 days a week
* Pets in the Home: 2 cats
* Driving Required: Ideally someone who can drive, though not essential
* Job Start Date: ASAP
* Job End Date: Fixed term for 3 months
* Pay: Up to £20 gross per hour
