In this key role, you will support the Service Manager in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to children with a variety of complex needs. As Team Lead, you will oversee a small team of Occupational Therapists, offering clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Service Manager, assisting with team coordination, performance monitoring, and service development.
