In this role, you'll work closely with carers and children, contributing to their success and well-being through recruitment, assessment, supervision, and tailored support. What You'll Do: Collaborate with carers to enhance their parenting skills and meet the individual needs of children as part of a care plan. Support social workers and the Team Manager with team-specific tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery. Promote integrated, multi-agency working to provide holistic support for children and carers. Safely transport or escort children and vulnerable adults, ensuring their well-being throughout. Maintain accurate records and reports to meet departmental and statutory requirements. Organise activities to support the recruitment, retention, and development of carers. Contribute to assessments of children and carers, ensuring decisions are well-informed and child-focused.
