Description Job Purpose: To work across the full life cycle of learning; from the analysis, introduction, design, delivery and evaluation. To identify and deliver inspiring and value adding L&D and D&I solutions across Lipsy Group creating a strong culture of learning and inclusion, in order to drive performance. Learning & Development TNA & Partnering - Own full learning cycle experience for early career colleagues – learning needs analysis, content design and development, delivery, and evaluation. Future Focus - Stay updated on industry trends, bring new and exciting ideas that challenge the current way we provide learning solutions Deliver - Facilitate workshops for manager and non-manager populations ROI - Evaluate and report on impact of training programmes, use your findings to continuously improve our offering Cultural Impact - Drive a high-engagement learning culture across the business Business Wide Development - Develop learners at all levels of the business remaining influential and impactful whoever you’re working with Coaching - Provide individual coaching support to drive development and performance Design - Work with partners within the business to design and deliver bespoke solutions and follow up meetings on strategic deliverables Performance Management - Contribute to the performance management process Breadth - Support on wider HR projects Diversity & Inclusion Work with Senior L&D Partner and Head of Development & Culture to drive the D&I strategy and deliver tangible solutions and interventions Work with the Senior Comms & Culture Manager to create and deliver a communication plan that helps to promote, engage and embed D&I initiatives across the culture Manage the D&I budget Contribute to delivering D&I training across the business Skills & Experience Strong Partnering Skills - able to counsel, consult with, and influence partners in the business Experience of owning a full training cycle from identifying the learning opportunity all the way through to reviewing impact.
