Are you a proactive salesperson with knowledge of agricultural or construction machinery? If so, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging new and existing customers, supporting high standards in customer care, and maintaining strong documentation and organisation practices within our Used Equipment Centre. You’ll work closely with our used equipment managers to uphold sales processes and will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service to all customers.
From canvassing new business opportunities in the UK and abroad to welcoming visitors at our Holbeach depot and showcasing our equipment, you’ll help to ensure that our used equipment machinery is clean, presentable and marketed effectively.
Your responsibilities as a Used Equipment Specialist will include:
* Selling of used equipment.
* Daily use of the companies CRM system to log sales leads & customer information.
* Working closely with our used equipment managers.
* Assisting in maintaining used sales processes for internal and external customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring and marketing aged stock.
* Ensuring that used equipment processes, policies and guidelines are followed and applied safely.
* Documenting and assessing incoming machinery for stock.
* Maintains good discipline and organisation for the used equipment, ensuring it is clean, tidy and presentable for re sale.
* Canvasing for new UK & overseas potential business.
We value candidates who possess:
* Relevant working experience within the agricultural or construction machinery sector or a strong passion for the industry.
* Openness to innovation & strong strategic thinking with the ability to create new markets.
* Flexibility, willingness to learn, ability to quickly adapt.
* Very strong sales and communication skills.
* Full UK driving license.
