The Crewing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of crewing and logistics as per project allocation and as directed by the Crewing Team Lead and Project Managers. In addition, you will assist in other tasks as directed to ensure the Operations department runs efficiently. Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for the scheduling and facilitation of offshore personnel crew changes, working closely with the department Planner.
2. Provide comprehensive Visa and travel coordination, working with the external Visa and travel management provider.
3. Schedule flight arrangements, accommodation, and organize any other logistical requirements.
4. Track all personnel movements for project mobilization and crew changes, keeping all personnel notified of mobilization dates, rotations, base working, and training days.
5. Track and process expenses and timesheets, ensuring completion as per the submittal requirements of payroll, dealing with any associated payroll queries and redirecting queries as necessary.
6. Assist Project Managers in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects.
7. If required, assist with the organization of PPE and kit requirements for offshore personnel.
