Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a North East born SME with the appointment of Product Documentation Administrator on a permanent basis full time basis.
Due to expansion in the business and the increasing need for regulatory and environmental compliance, the team are looking for a strong administrator with a keen interest in sustainability and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update Product Information Management files across the brands.
2. Monitor, maintain and stay on top of changes to safety and environmental regulations across UK & EU.
3. Update and maintain safety documentation for all products across the brands, ensuring they meet the latest safety regulations.
4. Ensure all product documentation stays compliant with current safety laws and industry standards.
5. Work closely with product teams to gather necessary information and keep safety documents accurate.
6. Regularly review and audit existing documents to keep them up to date.
7. Develop and maintain clear templates and guidelines for consistency across all products.
8. Support the sales office with export documentation (EU outbound) and Customer Service support where required.
We are keen to speak with strong administrators with a good understanding of compliance, supply chain auditing and environmental compliance. You must be a good communicator both written and verbal with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
