Responsibilities: - Assisting guests with checking in and checking guests out after their stay - Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly, helpful manner whilst maintaining a smart appearance as the face of the building. - Provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences - Ensure that quality and standards meet expectations on a day-to-day basis - Answering phone calls and emails from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and ensuring they are delivered as appropriate. - Providing service within bar and restaurant section What we are looking for - Fun bubbly personality, common sense and great attitude - Excellent customer service skills - Problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Discretion and sensitivity - IT skills and knowledge of booking systems and software (Opera 5.6 preferable) - Good level of English (verbal and written) Have you got experience as a hotel Team Member and looking for a new, unique challenge?
