The Role You Could Play
As a Clinic Manager, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our high performing clinic. The most significant part of a Clinic Manager’s role at LCUK is leading and managing all team members within the clinic as they achieve beauty results tailored to every client.
You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands-on treatments as well as fulfilling management responsibilities that will include overseeing clinic recruitment and training, rostering, target setting, and day-to-day clinic management.
What you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in business, retail, leadership, and management.
* Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Required).
* Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments (Preferred).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment & confident to carry out treatments.
* Flexibility to work in a retail environment during late night trading, weekends, and public holidays.
* Beauty Therapy clinic management (Preferred).
* Demonstrated experience managing labour, sales, business, and commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Plan and manage team to ensure current and projected business requirements are met.
* Clearly establish, communicate, and manage team KPIs and performance standards.
* Coach, mentor, and guide the team to develop their ability to deliver results.
* Team resourcing levels and rosters are maintained.
* Follow the processes set out around payroll, stock, and inventory control.
* Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including drive and record clinic compliance, checks, and maintenance.
* If and when required and appropriately trained, conduct treatments including but not limited to; Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Treatments, and Skin Treatments.
