Position: TSRA Coordinator- 160371 Location: Norfolk, VA Days: Monday - Friday Travel: 10 % Relocation Offered: No Company Background Investigation, CAC, and a secret security clearance is required for this position. To be available the 1st week of January. Position Description: • Reviews TSRA equipment class matrices annually utilizing various data repositories to assist the government lead in adjusting and modifying TYCOM risk mitigation. • Provides monitoring, reporting, and problem resolution recommendations for TSRA visit scheduling, visit planning, visit execution, associated visit briefings, and TSRA message reporting for issue mitigation, process corrective action, and metric data analysis. • Provides inputs for future improvements to the TSRA Instruction. • Develops training on TSRA and other material assessment issues for the TYCOM staff, Immediate Superior in Command (ISIC), and ships. • Conducts periodic quality assurance reviews with the Port Engineers and Type Desks on TSRA planning process and visit execution and verifies the completeness and technical accuracy of OPNAV Form 4790/2K. • Reviews customer satisfaction surveys by TSRA visit ships and assist the RMCs in the development and maintenance of said surveys. Provide periodic recommendations or summaries of surveys for continuous improvement. • Reviews TSRA Visit long-range schedule for accuracy and executability and preliminary Baseline Agendas for each TSRA Visit. • Tracks and reviews various TSRA messages and provides recommendations. • Attends Visit Pre-briefs and Out-briefs. Education/Certification Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance • Have and maintain a valid US Passport • Significant experience with Naval service on US Navy Surface Ships, preferably former rank of 0-4 or E-7 in engineering-related billet. • Experience as Division/Department Leading Chief Petty Officer or Division Officer onboard US Navy Surface Ship with detailed experience in managing Divisional/Departmental CSMP. • Experience in conducting material condition analysis onboard US Navy Surface Ships. • Experience with or at a US Navy maintenance-related shore staff. • Participated in two TSRA visits as member of ship's force or TSRA assessment team. • Experience with or completed course in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering-related field preferred.
