About the position
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong teamwork skills, and MOT Tester experience.
You will join a friendly team and work with exciting products. Responsibilities include:
* Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to high standards.
* Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
* Occasionally speaking with customers to provide technical advice.
* Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
* Providing high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
* Keeping a clean and organized workspace and maintaining proper documentation.
