Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator (Loyalty Support) to join their team on a 6-month contract basis start as soon as possible.
Hours: Mon - Thurs (8:30am-5:00pm) and Friday's (8:30am-3:30pm)
Salary: £12.47 p/h / £24,000
What does the Customer Service Administrator (Loyalty Support) role involve?
To respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to queries/requests via both inbound telephone and email communication from the installer base across both platforms.
Duties will include:
* Manage consumer enquiries that come into the business, either via the Website using Find an Installer, Direct Calls/Emails into the business, referrals from Service Team
* Support on inbound loyalty telephone lines as required
* Provide an effortless customer journey
* Build relationships with customers both internally and externally to maximise sales and customer retention
* Recording all activities within Salesforce
* Updating lead management data contained within the loyalty platforms
* Collaboration with the wider Marketing team to ensure effective promotions
What will you bring to the Customer Service Administrator (Loyalty Support) role?
* At least 2 years experience in a customer service environment
* Experience in outbound calling roles
