About the Role
A dynamic Property Manager is required to support the growth and management of our residential lettings portfolio, covering approximately 120-150 properties in the Haywards Heath area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage property maintenance requests from landlords and tenants, ensuring timely resolution with contractors.
* Certify compliance for legal obligations, including gas safety certificates, EICRs, tenancy renewal documents, and deposit registrations.
* Prepare new inventories, conduct tenancy check-ins and check-outs, and perform regular property visits to maintain high standards.
* Oversight of all tenancy lifecycle management aspects, from initiation to termination.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
* Strong communication abilities for effective in-person, phone, and email interactions.
* Diligence, a professional attitude, and a positive, customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
