The company is looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our Chinese Sales Team. This role will work closely with the Head of China and report directly to the Operations. In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving partnership growth across China at government, commercial, and school levels and will help build a China market-focused team to support our nationwide network, oversee the training of new employees, analyze and track key metrics, and support sales partners by leveraging these metrics. Job Requirements: Proficient in using various sales and workflow tools, including Monday, WeChat, Zoom, Microsoft365, and HubSpot. Strong financial and commercial awareness with exceptional data analysis skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations. Highly goal-oriented, with a focus on exceeding KPIs. Committed to fostering meaningful and sustainable customer relationships. Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and multitasking to maintain high-quality work and deliver outstanding results. Capable of thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development by attending workshops, conducting research, reviewing industry publications, building a personal network, and participating in professional organizations. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Willing to travel frequently between China and the UK. Must hold a valid working visa if not a UK citizen. Job Responsibilities: Maintain relationships with existing accounts while identifying and establishing new accounts through potential sales channels or trade referrals. Design and deliver customized sales presentations to address specific client needs effectively. Provide daily updates to the Operations Manager and Head of China using established online systems. Address customer inquiries by identifying issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations to management. Support the onboarding process for new employees, schools, and partners. Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics such as sales leads and conversion rates. Assist sales partners in identifying suitable school partners. Build and manage strong relationships with sales partners, schools, and government agencies to boost productivity and foster long-term collaborations. Conduct research to identify and engage new suppliers. Assist with the documentation and coordination of international school trips. Plan and execute leadership delegations, including itinerary creation, budget management, proposals, and reservations. Organize and oversee student trips, managing itineraries, proposals, budgets, and reservations. Maintain comprehensive records of key contacts and prospective clients.
