What you’ll do
Working within the Commercial Operations HR Business Partner team, driving an ambitious people plan to support the Consumer business strategy of being #1 for Customer Experience, #1 for Convergence and #1 Best Place to work.
As a HR Business Partner, this role will partner with members of Commercial operations leadership, with a key focus on organisational effectiveness, culture and engagement, talent management, and building leadership and professional capabilities across both Head Office and Frontline roles. You will be accountable for delivery of all central HR activities, such as annual reward review, performance development, recognition and the detailed budget process, whilst driving improvement in Diversity and Inclusion and Engagement. Key accountabilities include:
* Partnering with member/s of the leadership team in Commercial operations.
* Working in partnership with others to deliver against the people plan to support the achievement of the business strategy, utilising people analytics.
* Supporting the evolution of the overall VF Consumer operating model to ensure exceptional customer experiences, future readiness, whilst driving revenue maximisation and operational efficiency.
* Driving effective talent management, capability development and succession planning to attract and retain diverse talent.
* Working with L&D to develop initiatives that deliver growth for employees and drive performance productivity.
* Supporting our Consumer D&I agenda, ensuring that we promote offerings from the Group and UK.
* Contributing to specific people initiatives across the UK.
Who you are
* Ability to work closely with the business to create and execute people plans / priorities.
* Experienced in managing complex employee relations cases from a HRBP perspective.
* Able to manage cyclical HR activities e.g. pay reviews, talent reviews, annual performance reviews.
* Understanding and focus on how to drive D&I priorities with the business.
* Ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholders.
* Strong relationship & coaching skills; strong communicator.
* Analytical, comfortable with interpreting and using data insights.
* Experience in operating model design and change management desirable.
