Salary: £30,570 - £48,390 (Ark main payscale to upper payscale)
Contract: Fixed Term 12 months Maternity Cover
Working Pattern: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
Start date: April 2024 or earlier.

About the role:
You will be instrumental in our mission to provide every pupil a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background. A passionate practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, rigorous lessons that drive achievement and inspire a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom. You will motivate and lead a team of staff working in the Early Years in order to build on strong foundations in the setting and accelerate pupil progress and personal development. You will enhance our recently refurbished Early Years provision to ensure both indoor and outdoor learning environments are engaging and stimulating for learners.
