Personal Shopping Receptionist

As a Personal Shopping Receptionist you will:
1. Greet clients in a polite and friendly manner
2. Actively listen to clients and respond to their enquiries
3. Direct clients to the lounge and inform relevant colleague to assist
4. Offer/prepare beverages for the clients
5. Answer calls and deal with all client enquiries in a polite and professional manner
6. Book appointments on the relevant system following the correct procedures
7. Inform relevant colleagues regarding appointment booking/cancellations following the department’s procedure
8. Complete all Front Desk admin tasks in a timely manner, including Sales Tracker and CRM
9. Check/respond to department’s emails throughout the day
10. Check all What’s App groups throughout the day and take relevant action
11. Contact alterations department upon request
12. Check courier/driver availability and book client deliveries
13. Request client transfers if needed
14. Respond to any shop floor/brand enquires and involve the relevant colleagues when needed
15. Communicate effectively all tasks/enquires to the relevant colleagues and duty manager
16. Ensure BOH kitchen is fully replenished throughout the day
17. Ensure bathroom amenities are replenished.
18. Check lounge is consistently tidy throughout the day
19. Report any maintenance issues to line Manager
A bit about you
As a Personal Shopping Receptionist, you will:
20. Ensure you comply with the Selfridges Values
21. Assist colleagues during busy periods with all tasks at hand
22. Help with clearing rooms following appointments when necessary
23. Communicate effectively when leaving the desk and ask for cover
24. Support line/duty manager with tasks
25. Be punctual and follow correct procedure for lateness and sickness
26. Assist with EOD cashing up and take cash bag to Cash Office
27. Adapt schedule according to the business’ needs
28. Possess a positive attitude towards business changes
29. Work outside FOH responsibilities when needed to contribute further towards the business’ success
