Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, such as court of protection work, conducting safeguarding inquiries, performing best interest assessments, and overseeing the implementation and evaluation of care packages in various community settings (service users' homes, supported living facilities, and care homes). Additionally, we handle referrals for supported living arrangements as well as residential or nursing homes.
To be considered for this position, you must have strong experience with Best Interest Assessments/Mental Capacity assessments. It is essential to hold a social work qualification and maintain relevant registration.
