Join a highly experienced team of psychologists in our newly reconfigured Parkview, Regional Inpatient CAMHS Hospital for young people age 12-17 years old. Rated CQC Good (2024), we have two General Adolescent Units and a Specialist Eating Disorder Unit. Work onsite within an effective, enthusiastic and dynamic MDT including family therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, medics, nurses and operational colleagues in a fast-paced environment. As well as delivering excellent psychological therapies, you will lead on quality initiatives, such as Enhanced Activities program, Hospital Rooms, Culture of Care, and co-production. We hold Autism Accreditation.
Dependent on your role, you will be trained by national providers to deliver our clinical model, for example, MFT, DBT, or neurodevelopmental assessment.

Main duties of the job
Join us and contribute to the development of our trauma-informed, inclusive, recovery focused environment.
The role requires the post-holder to be onsite.
1. Deliver post-incident team reflections, reflective practice and supervision and ward learning forums.
2. Deliver evidence based treatment, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, FBT, MFT, individually, in groups and via staff training.
3. Contribute to evaluation of outcomes with our service users.
4. Deliver ambitious service changes in line with national and regional drivers (trauma-informed, anti-racism, autism-informed, co-production with experts by experience).
5. Develop and lead service improvements in line with service objectives.
