Role : Oracle HCM Assistant Manager
Location : Manchester (Hybrid flexibility)
Salary : Upwards of £50,000 per annum (experience dependent)

Responsibilities:
* Support the design and implementation of comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging best practices within the product’s flexibility.
* Act as a Process Lead, managing offshore teams and facilitating transformation workshops .
* Lead stakeholder meetings, building relationships and expanding your network to meet evolving needs.
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM modules, managing configurations, testing, and deployment.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Strong functional experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in the Core HCM module.
* Proven experience guiding business process changes within HR.
* Skilled at managing and facilitating workshops and discussions, ensuring clear project goals and alignment.
* Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, or Workforce Modelling is advantageous.
