This company is based in Failsworth and is a well-established market leader in their sector, with an excellent reputation for staff retention and development.
Description
The Assistant Management Accountant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be full-time office-based in Failsworth. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:
1. Cash book reconciliation
2. Petty Cash management
3. Processing of Expenses
4. Balance sheet reconciliations
5. Maintaining fixed asset register
6. Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
7. Preparing for the year-end audit
8. Other ad-hoc duties
9. Processing Sales Invoices
10. Processing Supplier Invoices
Profile
In order to apply for the role, you should:
1. Be AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA Part qualified or Qualified by experience
2. Have experience of Balance sheet reconciliations as a minimum
3. Be able to commute to Failsworth office
4. Be able to consider a temporary assignment initially
