This post is for 37.5 hours per week. Main duties of the job At SABP we are passionate about ensuring that both the physical and emotional needs of people using our services are met. The Post holder will have a high degree of autonomy, providing high quality clinical care to people that use our services, as well as having a key role in supporting the development of skills across the Hospital Service, in relation to screening for and meeting the dietetic needs of people using our services. You will also be contributing to service and policy development. Working Age Adults inpatient services support the needs of people coping with acute, complex mental health needs with a focus on empowerment and recovery. The post holder will be passionate about the rights and welfare of people with mental health needs and see person-centred care as a cornerstone of their practice. We have a department of nine specialist dietitians working in mental health, eating disorders and learning disability across the Trust. Supervision is provided on an individual basis as well as peer supervision. We have strong links with the University of Surrey and support their A placement students.
