* Owning the details: Managing contracts, procurement, and stakeholder engagement …with experience in the financial side of project delivery highly valued.
* Driving delivery: Overseeing work on-site and off, ensuring the quality and integrity of every project phase.
* Unlocking opportunity: Supporting funding applications and ensuring all work aligns with the latest regulations and standards.
What We’re Looking For…

* At least 3 to 5+ years of post-qualification experience
* Proven ability to produce and manage project programmes, ideally across the full project lifecycle

* Hands-on experience delivering high quality retrofit projects in the UK, ideally in the housing sector
* Excellent communication and natural leadership skills, with the ability to bring people together and deliver with confidence
* A collaborative, ethical and purpose-driven mindset
For those newer to retrofit but with a strong PM foundation, specialist training and mentorship is available to help you build your knowledge in retrofit coordination and energy efficiency standards.
