Main duties of the job
SystmOne Support Officer

A great opportunity has arisen within our SystmOne Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join Locala's small SystmOne Development Team.
This role will be primarily supporting a range of colleagues in their use of SystmOne to release time to care, support staff to manage increased demand through refining SystmOne processes and improve the quality of patient records.
This is a hands-on role with the expectation that the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of SystmOne and SystmOne processes. This position will be focused on working alongside front-line staff, ensuring that SystmOne developments are utilised as intended and colleagues are supported to use the system effectively and efficiently.
* The post holder will work as part of the SystmOne Development Team to provide direct SystmOne support in response to the needs of Locala colleagues.
* To work with stakeholders to improve the use of SystmOne in Locala by developing templates to meet user needs and to maximise the use of SystmOne functions to increase productivity.
* To provide project management support for the deployment of TPP SystmOne projects within Locala.
* The role will require the ability to travel across the Locala boundaries; therefore, the post holder being able to drive and have access to a car is essential.
