PURPOSE OF JOB:
(OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF THE POST WITHIN THE TEAM AND ORGANISATION)
We are seeking a skilled Performance and Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive reports using Excel or Power BI, managing projects, analysing performance metrics, and reviewing sales forecasts to identify target gaps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Performance Tracking and Reporting:
* Monitor and report on performance against targets in all strategic areas.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Data Analysis and Forecasting:
* Analyse data and collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate forecasts.
* Identify trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Business Reviews:
* Coordinate and lead monthly business reviews with Microsoft.
* Prepare and present performance reports and strategic plans.
* Program Execution:
* Ensure all program execution requirements are met.
* Obtain and submit proof of execution to Microsoft in a timely manner.
* Ownership of Copilot Sales Engage program, and other Sales based reporting programs we build, in line with our strategic aims.
* Recruitment Support:
* Collaborate with the recruitment team and heads of department to accelerate recruitment processes.
* Assist in identifying and attracting top talent for strategic roles.
CORE COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
* Must be analytical and have a good understanding of reporting within Microsoft’s systems (Partner Center and Volume Licensing Central).
* Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory, and Power BI skills are desired.
* Must be comfortable presenting to small groups.
* Proven experience in program management or a related role.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
