Monroe International is working on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit a Project Controls Reporting Consultant for a major Net Zero infrastructure project. This is a high-profile opportunity to be part of a pioneering carbon capture and storage (CCS) initiative that will help shape the UKs sustainable future.
This role is critical in ensuring high-quality project performance reporting by leveraging Power BI, data analytics, and interactive dashboards to support senior leadership and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage interactive Power BI dashboards and data visualisations for project performance reporting.
Lead reporting processes across scheduling, cost, and risk data to provide meaningful insights.
Analyze and consolidate data from various project systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Produce executive-level reports, supporting senior management in data-driven decision-making.
Manage a small team of reporting coordinators, ensuring best practices in project data management.
Work closely with Project Controls teams to align reporting with key project KPIs and governance requirements.
What Were Looking For
Strong Power BI expertise and experience in data analytics, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
Background in project performance reporting, ideally within major construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
Ability to interpret schedule, cost, and risk data to drive project insights.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting data-driven reports to leadership teams.
Knowledge of Project Controls, PMO, or Earned Value Management (EVM) is desirable but not essential.
Familiarity with Primavera P6, Cost Management Systems, or NEC/FIDIC contracts is a plus.
