What’s in it for you Annual salary up to £23,000 Commission structure, OTE £28,000 to £30,000 37.5 hour working week 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding company A dynamic team that values innovation and customer satisfaction Ability to travel across the UK for corporate events and involvement in client entertainment What you’ll be doing Answer phone calls and manage client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Provide accurate information about the company’s services and assist clients with their needs Organise and maintain physical and digital files Input and update client and property information into the CRM system Arrange and coordinate meetings, viewings, and other appointments as required by our sales and management teams Provide administrative support to various departments, assisting with special projects and tasks as needed What you’ll have Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with CRM systems (Familiarity with property management software is a plus) Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle customer issues calmly and effectively
