What You'll Learn
Over two years, you’ll get a fantasticinsight into the variety of engineering roles we offer, helping youfind your sweet spot.
You’ll rotatethrough three different placements, gaining a range of developmentopportunities. You might be working on large-scale transformations,coding in different languages, creating DevOps pipelines, orbuilding new features for our mobile app to deliver real value forour customers.
Whatever thechallenge, you’ll learn and apply Agile methodology and see thedifference your work makes. Supported by your Engineering Lead, youcan take up extra learning and certifications such as cloudtraining courses. Plus, you’ll have access to our market-leadingon-demand learning platforms and opportunities to network athackathons sponsored by Google, Microsoft, and IBM.
You’ll be matched up with a buddy or mentor tosupport you and offer guidance throughout the scheme, and you’llhave access to technical and business-aligned training, includingplatforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems, tofurther help your development.

Requirements
* A2:2 degree or above in any subject from anyuniversity.
* Studentswith a PhD or Masters degree are alsowelcome.
* A goodunderstanding of at least one modern programming language orframework.
* A love oftechnology, and a strong desire to learn.
* Legalright to work in the UK, we are unable to offer sponsorship forthis programme.
Locations
Thisprogramme operates in various UK regional locations includingEdinburgh, Northwest (Manchester/Chester/Cheadle), Southwest(Bristol/Cardiff) and West Yorkshire (Leeds/Halifax)regions.
You’ll select one of these regionallocations and will be based in various offices for the duration ofyour programme. We support hybrid working, with all colleaguesexpected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office youhave been placed.
