Band 5 Nurse - Children's Continence Community
Are you passionate about children's continence and being part of developing an expanding Tier 2 Community Children's Continence Service working across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland?

Main Duties of the Job
* To support the delivery of the continence service for children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
* To support members of the skill mix team and provide continence advice, support, training, and guidance for 0-19 practitioners in Families, Young People, and Children's Services.
