What you'll do: Work within a squad breaking features into stories that a development team can action Collaborat e with System Engineers and Solution Architect s to define the implementation of initiatives and enhancements Primary decision maker for the squad, managing prioritisation decisions within a PI / in sprint Be an active participant in scrum ceremonies, working with the scrum team to define and understand the goal of each sprint to aid sprint planning Attends all squad governance events, working closely with the Scrum Master to ensure maximum value delivery Works in a single domain but may be across multiple features Constantly looking for v alue and identifies opportunities for optimisation Works with Senior Tech nical Product Manager to refine Feature and Story definition Work with the Senior Tech nical Product Manager to ensure the development teams are aligned on what each team is working on, the priorities and any dependencies Assists with Communication of progress to relevant stakeholders, who may be in other Portfolios or in teams outside of the model This role is working in the Customer Management Enablement P ortfolio What you'll bring: Have a n understanding o f using Agile methodologies to deliver working software Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication with technology Squads Experience in a similar role as a Product Owner, Analyst or worked closely with development team Experience in tools such as Confluence, Jira Experienc e in tools such as Miro, Figma or equivalent Have an analytical mindset and proficient in reviewing technical data to identify issues and/or opportunities. Excellent analysis skills and comfortable to be involved in technical discussion Passion, drive and resilience with a solution focused mindset The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships Be a self-starter with a strong motivation to deliver outstanding experiences for our stakeholders. Be a strong communicator and maintain great stakeholder management. Not essential but experience with Sky Architecture and understanding of the Sky used platforms advantageous.
