Key responsibilities To carry out all administrative tasks required for the People & Compliance function to include but not limited to: Exception reports will be checked and actioned Phone calls to charity supporters completed Creating weekly and adhoc reports for internal and external use Accident reporting Weekly and monthly Fire, Health & Safety checks Complete Right to Work checks on new starters Organise inductions for new starters Maintain accurate records of training General administrative duties Key skills and experience required Previous experience in a support role is desirable but not essential You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload demonstrating a proactive approach to work. Organised, have excellent written and verbal communication and have the ability to develop and maintain strong professional working relationships A can-do attitude, good time management and have the ability to adapt to situations demonstrating a positive approach to all areas of the business.
