Job Title: Senior Compliance Lead
We are looking for a Senior Compliance Lead to oversee property safety compliance for over 5600 properties, ensuring the safety of our tenants and leaseholders. This role involves managing fire safety, water safety, asbestos, gas safety, electrical safety, radon, and lifts.
As our Senior Compliance Lead, you will understand the bigger picture – what needs to be done, how it needs to be done, and who we need to work with to make it happen. There is a significant leadership and management aspect to this role, providing you the opportunity to establish your own strategies and ways of doing things.
This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and empathy – not just for your colleagues but also for the tenants we serve. It is a hybrid role, mixing working from home and at our office in Taunton.
Essential qualifications include:
1. Experience in a similar role within the social housing sector.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Expertise in property safety compliance.
4. Ability to ensure projects are completed on time and to the right specifications.

The salary for this role is £53,392 per annum.
