As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you will:
* Managing day-to-day administration of customer accounts with precision and care.
* Validating and maintaining essential documentation and electronic records.
* Processing customer quotes, orders, and contracts efficiently to meet deadlines.
* Supporting cross-selling and upselling of our products and services.
* Liaising with sales, technical, and logistics teams to address customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
* Monitoring order progress, resolving order-related issues, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
* Continuously improving product knowledge to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales or customer service setting.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle challenges proactively.
* The ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and an interest in technology (a plus but not required).
