The nuclear industry is enjoying significant growth and investment, and therefore we are expanding our Human Factors team to meet the resulting demand. We are looking for Junior, Senior and Principal Human Factors Assessors to help NNL deliver a diverse portfolio of projects working at the forefront of science.
As a member of the Human Factors team, you will work in multi-disciplinary teams to define, implement, test, and justify the role operator in high hazard environments.
For all roles we require, as a minimum, you to have the ability to obtain SC level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial and criminal record checks plus 5 years' worth of UK residency).
The ideal Junior Human Factors Assessor should also have:
1. Effective Communication Skills: You may interact with a range of stakeholders so clear concise communication is important. Whether it is explaining a point, presenting your findings, or writing reports your verbal and written skills will be important.
