Our client is a large further education provider. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Training Administrator to join their team.
Job Description
Duties of the Training Administrator:
* Effectively manage administrative tasks, producing data and reports
* Ensure correct registration details for students are inputted
* Register students with the correct awarding body
* Liaise with quality assurance to ensure certifications are correct
* Maintain student records, collating attendance.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Training Administrator should have:
* Experience in a regulated environment such as education, healthcare, government body.
* Experience in a similar administrative role
* Proficiency in the use of office software like MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
