About the Role
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Forensic Architecture, including the oversight of all financial, human resources, legal, and administrative matters. The Head of Operations will join at a moment of change and work closely with the Director and senior colleagues to successfully enable this transition and lead the organisation into a new chapter.
About the Candidate
You will have extensive experience in operations and management, ideally in a research context, and/or within higher education or another institutional setting, with strong organisational, managerial, and communication skills. Your experience should include budget management across an organisation; administrative and financial management for research projects; building relationships across a large team as well as with external organisations and partners; and development and implementation of policies, protocols, and mechanisms for internal communication.
Experience of successfully seeing an organisation through change and growth is also required. This could be through scaling a business, managing a capital project, developing a research department or similar.
