About the Role: The post holder will manage their own caseload that will be primarily made up of Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children and Young people. B&NES are keen to develop the support available to this group of children/young people in the area and would like someone who is passionate, willing to learn and who will take a lead on developing new and exciting ideas for this group of children/young people in our area. You will need to be able to evidence a strong ability to analyse information and formulate outcome focused plans for children and families. Applicants must be confident in writing professional assessments/reports as well as presenting their evidence verbally. Applicants need to have very strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise their work effectively and in a timely way.
