Our client is looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager with specific experience in the cable harness, EMS and plastics market to identify and secure significant new business opportunities (£250,000-£500,000+) throughout the UK. This is a strategic role focused on developing long-term, high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, industry events, and direct outreach
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, becoming their trusted advisor
Work within company guidelines to deliver new business results
Conduct market analysis to understand industry demands and coordinate feasibility studies
Contribute to sales strategy development and annual planning
